McCleery of The McCleery Law Firm successfully represented the landowners in a condemnation action against the Texas Department of Transportation.

Messrs. McCleery were pleased that the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of Fleetwood. The Plaintiff had sought more than $80,000.00 in damages against Fleetwood.
